Why Are Messages I Sent to a Guest Not Appearing in Guesty’s Inbox?

Messages that are sent from guests are received in Guesty's Inbox. However, messages you send to guests from a booking channel’s own platform, rather than through Guesty's Inbox, are not displayed in Guesty. This is the case for all channels other than Airbnb.

Messages sent from Guesty's Inbox will be displayed in both Guesty and the booking channel’s own platform. We recommend managing all communications in Guesty's Inbox.
