How does the Guesty integration email work?

A Guesty integration email is a unique email that Guesty uses to manage communication for reservations that originate from a specific integration source.
The integration email address is what enables the flow of communication between a booking channel’s messaging platform and Guesty.

Any message that is sent to your Guesty integration email is forwarded to your personal email address from forward@guesty.com.

If there is no forwarding address set for the integration, the messages will be forwarded to the first user that was created in the account.
