A Guesty integration email address is what enables data and communication to flow between Guesty and the connected channel. Contact us if you would like to change this. Once done, update the integration email address in Rentals United.
Important:
If a guest responds by email to the previous email address, the message will not be received in Guesty. After changing the integration email, send messages to guests from the Guesty Inbox before they respond. The email address associated with the correspondence will be updated and responses will be sent to the new integration email.
