Note:
- Airbnb: To enable fully integrated two-way guest messaging with Airbnb, connect to Airbnb directly from Guesty rather than through Rentals United.
- Other channels: To communicate with guests who booked through other channels, populate the Rentals United proxy email address directly in those channels.
If the guest's personal email address and/or phone number are provided, Guesty supports communicating with them directly through email or SMS.
