Why am I not receiving Booking.com via Rentals United guest messages in my Guesty Inbox?

Your Rentals United login email should be the contact email in the following fields under the Contacts page of the listing. Sign in to your Booking.com account to add this information.
  • A primary point of contact.
  • Reservations.
  • Central reservations.
  • Special requests.
  • Availability.
Currently, we do not support inquiry messages or other messages received prior to confirmation of a reservation. These messages should be accessed in your Booking.com account.  
Messages regarding guests' special requests are not displayed in the Guesty Inbox. They will be forwarded to the forwarding email set for the Rentals United connection.
