Booking.com guest messages via Rentals United not displayed in the Guesty Inbox

To ensure messages sync correctly, your Rentals United login email must be listed as the contact email in specific fields within your Booking.com account. 

Limitations

If your contact information is correct but you still don't see certain messages, it may be due to the following system limitations:

  • Pre-confirmation messages: Guesty doesn't support inquiry messages or messages received before a reservation is confirmed. Access these messages directly in your Booking.com account.
  • Special requests: Messages regarding special requests don't display in the Guesty Inbox.

Update contact information in Booking.com

Sign in to your Booking.com account and navigate to the "Contacts" page of the relevant listing

Add your Rentals United login email to the following fields:

  • Primary point of contact
  • Reservations
  • Central reservations
  • Special requests
  • Availability
