You can receive messages from Expedia guests in the Guesty Inbox through:

The guest's private email address:
Ask your Expedia account manager to make sure reservations are sent to Rentals United with the guest's private email address. If this email is saved in Guesty, whether it is saved as the primary address for communication or not, messages sent from that address will be received in the Inbox. -
The Expedia Communication Center:
To receive messages sent by the guest through the Expedia Communication Center, make sure your Rentals United integration email is set as the recipient of guest communication notifications in the Expedia platform.
