Why did my Auto Payments not work on my Marriott reservation?

The payment process on a Marriott Homes & Villas reservation is handled by BookingPal. Contact your BookingPal Account Manager to check the payment status and make sure they update your Guesty account accordingly.

If you have already confirmed the payment status on BookingPal, but the Guesty status still does not match, contact us with a screenshot of the BookingPal status.
