In Guesty

  • Make sure the relevant description fields and photos exist on the listing
  • Make sure the listing is active and listed

In BookingPal

  • Ensure the listing exists on BookingPal
  • Compare the listing descriptions on BookingPal with those in Guesty: If the descriptions on BookingPal are incorrect, contact BookingPal support to retrieve the latest Guesty listing details and to push them to Marriott
