If you are using one of Booking.com's payment solutions, guest credit card details will not be imported into Guesty. Payments for relevant reservations will not be collected through Guesty, including security deposits and authorization holds.
Please note that payment information for the “Payments by Booking.com” payment solution does not show up on a Guesty reservation and needs to be manually added in the reservation’s financials section by adding a cash payment.
