Is a reservation that is cancelled in Expedia automatically cancelled in Guesty?

An Expedia reservation cancellation initiated by the guest will auto-generate a cancel notification to Guesty. 

However, if the cancellation is made by the Owner or you “reconcile” the reservation directly in Expedia Partner Central, Expedia will NOT send a cancellation notification on Guesty.

In this case, please contact us to manually cancel the reservations in Guesty including a screenshot of the cancelled reservation in Expedia.
