Why Is my listing showing on the Guesty distribution page when I deleted it from Airbnb?

After you delete a listing in Airbnb, you need to sync the connection between Guesty and Airbnb, to remove the listing from Guesty's Distribution page. If the listing is connected to a Guesty listing, the connection with Airbnb will be removed automatically. Follow the instructions below to sync the connection manually.

Since we are still deploying our new dashboard, follow the instructions for "Legacy navigation" if your search bar is in a blue line above the top navigation bar.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
  5. Click the relevant Airbnb account.
  6. To the top-right, click the sync icon to the right of the magnifying glass.
  7. In the pop-up, click Sync Account.

Contact us if the listing has not been removed from the Distribution page after following the steps above.
