After you delete a listing in Airbnb, you need to sync the connection between Guesty and Airbnb, to remove the listing from Guesty's Distribution page. If the listing is connected to a Guesty listing, the connection with Airbnb will be removed automatically. Follow the instructions below to sync the connection manually.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
- Click the relevant Airbnb account.
- To the top-right, click the sync icon to the right of the magnifying glass.
- In the pop-up, click Sync Account.
Contact us if the listing has not been removed from the Distribution Page after following the steps above.
