You may change an Airbnb listing's connected account according to the listing's current status. Please note that any existing reviews for the current listing will not be transferred because a new listing will be created.
- If the listing is unavailable for booking on Airbnb, and there are no future reservations on Airbnb, you must first disconnect the listing from the current account, and then publish it to the other account.
- If the listing is listed in Airbnb and/or if its calendar is open and available for booking, you must first close the calendar and unlist the listing from the current account in order to prevent any more reservations from being booked. You may then publish it to the other account as per the usual process.
- If the listing has any future reservations in Airbnb, it cannot be disconnected until the last reservation checks out. Otherwise, Guesty will stop receiving payment updates from Airbnb for the existing reservations. Once the last reservation checks out, you must first close the calendar and unlist the listing from the current account in order to prevent any more reservations from being booked. You may then publish it to the other account.
