You can add your terms & conditions to your Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users) settings.
You can select Guesty's template or use your own.
Follow the instructions below.
Add terms and conditions to the Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users)
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Guesty Booking Engine thumbnail.
- In the relevant Booking Engine row, click and then select Edit Booking Engine.
- At the left side bar, click Company policy.
- Under "Terms & Conditions" section, select whether to "Use Guesty's template" or "Use your own Terms & Conditions".
- If you selected to use your own Terms & Conditions, type them in the text box below. If you are using Guesty's template for Terms & Conditions, you can ensure that your guests read them by marking the checkbox under "Read Guesty's template".
- Navigate to "Web analytics (optional)" by clicking it in the side menu, or by clicking Next a few times at the top right of your screen.
- Click Save Booking Engine.

- In the top navigation bar, click Channels, then select Booking website.
- Click next to the relevant Booking Website, and select Edit Booking Website.
- At the left side bar, click Company policy.
- Under "Terms & Conditions" section, select whether to "Use Guesty's template" or "Use your own Terms & Conditions".
- If you selected to use your own Terms & Conditions, type them in the text box below. If you are using Guesty's template for Terms & Conditions, you can ensure your guests read them by marking the checkbox under "Read Guesty's template".
- Navigate to "Web analytics (optional)" by clicking it in the side menu, or by clicking Next a few times at the top right of your screen.
- Click Save Booking Website.
