You can set up terms, conditions, and cancellation policy in your Booking Engine settings. Follow the instructions below. 

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
  3. From the drop-down, select Distribution.
  4. Click the Guesty Booking Engine thumbnail.
  5. Next to the relevant engine, click Edit.
  6. Next to "Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy", turn the toggle on
  7. Fill in the relevant information.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
