You can add your terms & conditions to your Booking Engine settings. You can select Guesty's template or use your own. Follow the instructions below.
Add terms and conditions to the Guesty Booking Engine
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu. - Under Channel management, select Distribution.
- Click the Guesty Booking Engine thumbnail.
- In the relevant Booking Engine row, click
and then select Edit Booking Engine. - In the side navigation menu, click Company policy.
- Under "Terms & Conditions" section, select whether to "Use Guesty's template" or "Use your own Terms & Conditions".
- If you selected to use your own Terms & Conditions, type them in the text box below. If you are using Guesty's template for Terms & Conditions, you can ensure that your guests read them by marking the checkbox under "Read Guesty's template".
- Navigate to "Languages (optional)" by clicking it in the side navigation menu, or by clicking Next a few times at the top right of your screen.
- Click Save Booking Engine.
