Guesty Booking Engine displays the average score of your combined Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo reviews that were made after the listings were integrated with Guesty.
Note:
Reviews or ratings prior to the listing integration will not be imported to Guesty. Reviews for direct reservations are not yet supported.
Changing the Booking Engine settings
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Guesty Booking Engine thumbnail.
- Click
next to the relevant Booking Website, and select Edit Booking Engine.
- On the left side menu, select Booking Settings.
- Under the “Optional Settings" in the "Show reviews on listings” section, toggle off Show review score.
- In the upper right corner, Click Next until you can save the changes.
