The Guesty Booking Engine displays the average score of your combined Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo reviews given on listings after they're integrated with Guesty. You can choose whether to display or hide this average review score.
Limitations
- Reviews or ratings given prior to the listing integration aren't imported to Guesty.
- Reviews for direct reservations aren't supported.
Show or hide reviews displayed on listings
Follow the instructions below to show or hide the average review score displayed on listings in the Booking Engine.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Guesty Booking Engine thumbnail.
- Click
next to the relevant Booking Website, and select Edit Booking Engine. - On the left side menu, select Booking Settings.
- Under the “Optional Settings" click the dropdown menu next to"Show reviews on listings”.
- Toggle off Show review score.
- Click Next until the action changes.
- Click Save Booking Engine.
- Follow the prompts for any additional actions in the pop-up if necessary.
