Inbox: Guest received wrong listing details in booking confirmation email

When you send your guest a booking confirmation email, the listings details in the body of that email will reflect the listing that was booked. You can insert the details using a variable, for example, or add it manually when writing the email.

That email may also contain a calendar agenda summary with listing details, which is added by Google. Having said that, the two listings' details may not match. Google uses text-base recognition along with information from Google maps to fill in the listing details. If the signature in your booking confirmation email includes a website address that is associated with a listing, that listing will appear in the agenda summary, but it might not be the listing the guest booked.

To resolve this issue, you can try associating all of your properties with the your website or disconnect it from the property it is currently associated with.
