Airbnb notifications are enabled directly in Guesty, without the need to log in to your Airbnb account.
Choose what you'd like to stay informed about by enabling and disabling your notifications.

Enabling Airbnb notifications

Below are the different types of Airbnb notifications available to receive in Guesty.
These notifications will be enabled by default in Guesty.

Note:

In order to receive the proper payout, you might need to take specific actions on your Airbnb listing or Host account (e.g. filling out tax information, missing payout methods, handling warnings, etc.).

Financials & Listings

Airbnb: Payout info is required Airbnb: Taxpayer info is required Airbnb: Listing verification is required
This is for listings that need the host's payout info. This is for listings that need the host's taxpayer info. This is for listings that need verification.

Host account

Airbnb: Host account reactivated Airbnb: Host account suspended

Host standard

Airbnb: Host standards required action listing warning

Airbnb: Host standards required action listing reactivation

Airbnb: Host standards suspension pending removal
This is for listings that are under "warning" due to ground rules violations.
You'll need to review the violations.
This is for suspended listings that are permitted to be reactivated. This is for listings that are pending removal by Airbnb (on a specified date) due to ground rules.
You'll need to review the violations.

Other

Airbnb: Know your customer
This is for hosts that have compliance (KYC) requirements—specifically for hosts to receive payment in a timely manner.

Disabling Airbnb notifications

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. Click the Notifications icon at the top-right of the screen. 
  3. In the bottom-left corner, click the settings icon.
  4. Click the down arrow next to "Channels".
  5. Uncheck the boxes next to the Airbnb notifications you no longer wish to receive.
  6. Click Save.
