See where Guesty's Damage Protection is currently available.
If you need to file a claim for damage that was caused to your property, you will be able to do so during the claimable period, after checkout and within 30 days of the checkout date. Follow the instructions below.
Note:
This function can only be completed through the Guesty desktop app, not mobile app.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation of the damaged listing.
- If you are within the claimable period after checkout, click Claim management.
- Fill out the form you are redirected to.
