When does Guesty start billing for management of a listing?

Guesty starts billing for a listing in the following scenarios:
  • When you activate PMS Features for that listing
  • If you are paying a fixed fee per listing: When you edit or configure the listing in any way, whether you edit one of Guesty's Automation tools, add an amenity to the description of the listing, or create a Smart Calendar Rule

If you do not want to be billed for a listing for a specific month, it is important to deactivate the listing before the end of the previous month. To avoid unwanted charges, we recommend refraining from configuring new listings until they are ready to be marketed.

If you are on a different billing plan, you will be billed according to your contract with Guesty.
