When Does Guesty Start Billing for Management of a Listing?

Guesty starts billing for a listing in the following scenarios:
  • When you activate PMS Features for that listing.
  • If you are paying a fixed fee per listing: When you edit or configure the listing in any way, whether you edit one of Guesty's Automation tools, add an amenity to the description of the listing, or create a Smart Calendar Rule.

We recommend refraining from configuring new listings until they are ready to be marketed to avoid unnecessary charges.

If you are on a different billing plan, you will be billed according to your contract with Guesty.
