If you miss a payment, you will not be able to activate PMS features on any of your listings until the payment is received. If this happens, anyone with account admin permission to your account will see a banner in Guesty indicating that a payment was missed and how long they have to update the payment method details and complete the payment. In addition, the longest-existing user in your account will receive daily reminders to update the account billing information.
If no payment is made after seven days, your account will be temporarily deactivated until the payment is received. In this case, contact us for further assistance.
