If you are on a fixed-price billing plan, we bill at the beginning of the billing cycle for all of the active listings you have at that time. If you activate a listing after that, we will bill you for that partial service in the following billing cycle.
For example, if you are on a monthly billing plan and you activated listing X in the middle of December, it cannot show up in the December invoice, since it was only activated after that billing cycle started. Instead, listing X will have two lines in the January invoice:
- One is for the January fixed price, since the listing was active at the beginning of that cycle.
- The other is for the partial activation in December.
If you are on a weekly billing plan and you activated listing X in the middle of week 2 of the month, it cannot show up in the week 2 invoice, since it was only activated after that billing cycle started. Instead, listing X will have two lines in the week 3 invoice:
- One is for the week 3 fixed price, since the listing was active at the beginning of that cycle.
- The other is for the partial activation in week 2.
