Guesty's fees are calculated differently, depending on the individual setup and services required:
- If you are paying a fixed fee per listing: The fee will be charged on the 2nd of the month. If you activate a listing at a later date than that, it will be charged in your next billing cycle.
- If you are paying based on a percentage: The rate is multiplied by your host payout, which is the sum of all invoice items on the reservation. See Guesty's fees for canceled reservations under this payment plan.
Important:
If you do not want to be billed for a listing for a specific month, it is important to deactivate the listing before the end of the previous month.
