Following an announcement from TripAdvisor regarding a strategic shift in its business operations, the platform no longer supports the direct booking and management of vacation rentals. This change means that all vacation rental properties will be removed from the TripAdvisor platform. Additionally, all bookings with a check-in date later than October 31, 2024 will be canceled. TripAdvisor will be issuing full refunds to all affected guests.
As part of this transition, Guesty is disconnecting any property connected to TripAdvisor. This change does not affect other channel integrations or direct booking configurations.
