Multi-unit listings cannot be assigned specifically to a message automation, however you can assign sub-unit listings within the multi-unit listing to a message automation. Therefore, if an automation has not yet been assigned to a sub-unit, any automated message within the message automation will not be triggered.
A workaround is to add a tag to all properties - the multi-unit and sub-units. By adding the same tag to the automation, you will be able to assign message automations to multi-units.

Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Automations and select Messages from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the relevant workflow by clicking the three dots to the right, and click Edit.
- Under "Select workflow conditions" in the sidebar on the right, click the dropdown menu next to "Properties".
- Select the option By rule.
- Select the relevant tag.
- Click Save.
