Airbnb: Listing status is stuck on "Pending"

The Airbnb publishing and importing process can take up to 24 hours, and once you've successfully published a listing, the status will change to "Connected".

If a listing's status is still "Pending" 24 hours after your attempt to publish, it may require additional verification to successfully connect.

Follow the steps below to verify your listing.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
  3. From the drop-down, select Distribution.
  4. Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
  5. Click the relevant Airbnb account.
  6. Locate the relevant listing and navigate to the "Listing in Channel" column.
    Note: If the relevant listing doesn't have an 8 or 18-digit number, please contact us.

  7. Copy the 8 or 18-digit number from the "Listing in Channel" column, and add it at the end of this URL:
    For example:
    If your number from the Listing in Channel column is “29499339”, then your URL will be "".
  8. Copy and paste the full URL into your browser and press enter to verify your listing.
  9. If your status is still pending after you’ve verified your listing on Airbnb, please contact us.
