Once you have connected your listings, all of the data listed below is pulled into Guesty during the initial sync.
We'll cover the different ways changes are made:

Changes that are pushed from Guesty to Airbnb
We recommend managing your listing's details in Guesty as any changes made directly in Airbnb might be overwritten by Guesty. Changes made to the following data are pushed from Guesty to Airbnb after they are pulled into Guesty during the initial sync.
Listing data
- Title
- Listing type
- Property type
- Occupancy
The number of adults that can be accommodated in the listing. Does not distinguish between adults and children. - The number of bedrooms and bed types
- The number of bathrooms
- Amenities
- Minimum and maximum nights
- Default check-in and check-out time
- Availability settings:
- Booking window
- Advance notice
This includes the option to receive reservation requests during the "Advance Notice" period.

- Public descriptions:

- The space

Note:
Listing nicknames are pulled from Airbnb during the first sync only.

Changes that should be made on Airbnb
Changes to the following data should be made directly on Airbnb after they are pulled into Guesty during the initial sync.
Listing data
- Address
Note: Updates to the listing address in Guesty (see "Changes That Can Be Made on Guesty" below) will only be pushed to Airbnb if the change is within 0.01 KM of the current address. Changes in Country, City, and Street will not be pushed to Airbnb.

Note:
When updating the reservation data on Airbnb, both the Guesty and Airbnb listings must be active and connected in order for the updates to sync with Guesty.
Changes that can be made in Guesty
Changes to the following data can be made in Guesty after they are pulled into Guesty during the initial sync, but they will not be pushed to Airbnb.
Reservation data
- Number of guests
- Guest name
- Guest email and phone number
Note:
New invoice items can be added in Guesty. However, these items will not be pushed to Airbnb.
