Airbnb occasionally sends emails to its users, which include password reset emails and messages from their Support team.
Setting a forwarding email address in Guesty is not mandatory, but if your Guesty integration email is set to the Guesty domain, setting a forwarding email address will allow you to receive emails from Airbnb directly in your Guesty Inbox, as well as, in your personal email.
Follow the instructions below to set a forwarding email address.
Important:
Once you complete the steps below, you will also need to enable email forwarding on Airbnb. To do so, click here and turn the toggle on next to "Allow me to use an email alias to reach guests".

If you need to identify which Airbnb account the forwarded email belongs to, contact us.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, click Distribution.
- Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
- Click the
icon next to the relevant Airbnb account.
- In the pop-up, add or edit the forwarding email address under Forwarding Email.
- Click Save.
