With Airbnb pre-approvals, you can give guests permission to automatically confirm a reservation by pre-approving their inquiry. A guest can then confirm the reservation within 24 hours. The inquiry's dates will not be blocked on the calendar, and multiple guests can be pre-approved for the same dates! You can also pre-approve guests in Guesty's Inbox. Changed your mind? Withdraw the pre-approval in Airbnb.
Please note that pre-approving a reservation will override Advance Notice, and the guest will be able to confirm the reservation during the Advance Notice that was set.
Follow the instructions below to pre-approve an inquiry through Reservations.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top menu, click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Click Pre-approve in the "Summary" section.
