This is relevant for Vrbo reservations, reservations created manually in Guesty, and reservations created via a Guesty Booking Website. Learn how to change the dates for Airbnb and Booking.com reservations.
Extend or shorten a guest's reservation before or after check-in. Follow the instructions below.

Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top menu, click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- To the right of "Summary", click the pencil icon.
- Click the check-in or check-out date and select new dates.
- To the right of Summary, click Change.
- In the "Payout" pop-up, fill in the information: If you do not want the accommodation fare to recalculate based on the new dates, use the arrows to the right of "Accommodation fare" to enter the new total accommodation fare, not just the price difference. Contact us to update taxes or additional fees that you cannot edit.
- Click Alter reservation.
The total payout for the reservation will be updated based on the new dates and any changes you may have made in the "Payout" pop-up above.
Important:
Once completed, a recalculation of the reservation's price is triggered. If calendar prices have changed for the dates in question since the reservation was created, that will be reflected in the new accommodation fare.
