If the timestamp for your message shows N/A instead of the sender's name, it is most likely due to one of the following reasons.

- For Airbnb reservations only: If a message (from anyone other than the guest) was sent from Airbnb, it is imported into Guesty. The sender will be set as N/A, as Guesty's system cannot distinguish which user sent the message in Airbnb.
- When a message is sent via Guesty’s legacy Open API it is set as N/A.

Please be assured that the message was still sent according to the timestamp displayed. There is no action required in this instance.
