In Guesty, Automated Messages are added to a Workflow.
Keep in mind that you can add videos of up to 100 MB in size.
Important:
When you create or edit a message that is being sent via email, you can add images and videos to it.
Remember, images and videos are supported only for Automated Messages sent via email—not for platform or SMS messages.
Follow the instructions below to add an image or a video to an Automated Message.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Automations, then select Workflows.
- Click the three vertical dots to the right of the relevant Workflow, then select Edit.
- Click the Automated Message you'd like to edit.
- Make sure that all the relevant information in the fields is correct ("Name", "When the email should be sent?", etc.).
- Under the "How should the message be sent?" field, select Email.
- In the "Message Details" section, click the three dots at the top-right of the text box (located below +Add Variable).
- Here you'll be able to add attachments, like images or videos.
- To add an image:
- Click
and add the image in one of the following ways:
- Enter the source of an online storage site (i.e. Microsoft OneDrive, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
- Click Upload > Browse for an image > Select an image from your device.
- Click Done.

- To add a video:

- Drag and drop the file into the pop-up or browse existing files on your computer to upload the video.
- In the pop-up, click Done.
- Click
- To add an image:
- Click Save.
The image or video will be added to all scheduled messages for the relevant existing and future reservations.

- Click the Reservation automations drop-down menu, and select Messages.
- Click the three vertical dots to the right of the relevant message automation, then select Edit.
- Click Edit.
- Click the automated message you'd like to edit.
- Make sure that all the relevant information in the fields is correct ("Name", "When the email should be sent?", etc.).
- Under the "How should the message be sent?" field, select Email.
- Scroll down to the "Message Details" section and click the three dots at the top-right of the text box (located below +Add Variable).
- Here you'll be able to add attachments, like images or videos.
- To add an image:
