Where should I manage my Booking.com listings, reservations, and guest communication?

You can connect your listings with Booking.com at any time, either by linking existing Booking.com listings with Guesty or by publishing them to Booking.com (Pro users only). Whether or not the data is synced between Guesty and Booking.com depends on how a listing is connected.

Based on the listing's connection type (linked/published), see below where you need to set and/or manage your Booking.com listings, reservations, guest communication, and tools.

As a default, we recommend that all actions be managed via Guesty unless where it's stated that the data is not synced/manage in Booking.com.

Please note that when indicated that data is synced, it is expected to sync instantly with no delays. Where data is not synced, ensure that the data in Guesty and Booking.com match, by manually adjusting the relevant settings in the unsynced platform.
