You can connect your listings with Booking.com at any time, either by linking existing Booking.com listings with Guesty or by publishing them to Booking.com. Whether or not data is synced between Guesty and Booking.com depends on how a listing is connected.

Please note that all data that is synced is expected to sync instantly with no delays. Where data is not synced, ensure that the data in Guesty and Booking.com match. You can sign in to your Booking.com account to make any changes.

Any updates made to the listing title in Guesty after the initial publish will only sync if the status of the listing on the Booking.com Extranet is "XML: Being Built".

If the listing has any other status, updates will also need to be made directly on Booking.com.

Taxes

Taxes are synced only upon the initial publish.

If any changes are made to one of the tax values in Guesty after the initial publish, the changes will not sync to Booking.com unless the status of the listing on the Booking.com Extranet is "XML: Being Built" (this status will not be displayed in Guesty).
