You can remove a Booking.com listing's connection with Guesty at any time. Start by removing Guesty as the connected software in your Booking.com account and complete the process in Guesty. Follow the instructions below or watch our video.
In Booking.com
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Booking.com account.
- Select the relevant listing.
- In the top menu click Account
- From the drop-down, click Connectivity provider.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Disconnect.
In Guesty
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, click Distribution.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- In the Status column, click Connected next to the relevant listing.
- From the drop-down, select Disconnect.
- In the pop-up, click Disconnect.
Important:
If the listing remains open in Booking.com, you will need to close it.
Once the above is performed, the status of the listing will show as "Disconnected". If you wish to remove the listing from the Integration page, click on the Disconnected status and select Remove from the drop-down. The listing will then be removed from the integration completely.
Note:
To remove a sub-unit or a multi-unit from a complex (which can be comprised of single-units, multi-units, or both) contact us with the following information:
- Guesty Listing ID of the multi-unit listing
- Room ID of the sub-unit you wish to remove
