Promotions are discounted offers and deals set up and managed in Guesty that can sync with the following booking channels (as presented in your dashboard):
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- Direct bookings
- Expedia
When a promotion is created, its status will be "active" automatically. You can choose to deactivate the promotion itself at any time and reactivate it when needed. Additionally, you can deactivate a promotion for a listing if you no longer want the promotion to be applied to a specific listing and reactivate the promotion for a listing if you want it to be applied to the listing again. See the steps below.
Reactivating and deactivating a promotion
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Revenue management.
- In the menu to the left, click Promotions.
- Find the relevant promotion and click the three-dot menu at the right end of the row. You can use the filters above the list of promotions to narrow your search.
- If you want to reactivate/deactivate the promotion entirely:
- Click Reactivate promotion or Deactivate promotion and confirm this action in the pop-up.
- If you want to reactivate/deactivate the promotion on a listing:
- Click Activate/Deactivate listings. Click the toggle on or off next to each listing you want to activate or deactivate the promotion for. Select Activate promotion on all listings if this applies.
- Click Apply changes.
