This functionality is available for reservations made via Guesty's direct Booking.com connection.Once a credit card has been identified as invalid for Booking.com reservations, you are able to report the invalid credit card directly to Booking.com through the Guesty platform. You can mark a credit card as invalid until midnight local time of the check-in date. See how to perform this action below:

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation.
- In the gray banner at the top of the page, click Balance due.
- Scroll down to the Payments section.
- Click Report next to the invalid payment method or Report invalid cc to Booking.com in the upper right-hand corner of the Payments section.
- In the resulting pop-up, confirm the action by clicking Report invalid credit card to Booking.com.
Note:
Guests are notified when their credit card is invalid and are given one hour to update their credit card details. If the guest does not update the credit card details within this timeframe, you can cancel the reservation.
