Promotions are discounted offers and deals set up and managed in Guesty that can sync with the following booking channels (as presented in your dashboard):
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- Direct bookings
- Expedia
Create your own promotion or choose a premade promotion like the "Early-bird" to increase advanced bookings or the "Length-of-stay" promotion to encourage guests to book longer stays. To understand how promotions are applied per channel, click here.
Follow the instructions below to create a promotion.
Important:
For each listing you assign a promotion, the promotion will become an additional discount on top of any other promotions or weekly/monthly discounts that the listing already has.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Revenue Management.
- In the menu to the left, click Promotions.
- In the top-right corner, click New promotion.
- Complete the following 3-step process:

Select channel & promotion:
- Choose which booking channel/source you want the promotion to appear on.
- Choose the promotion you want to use.
- Click Next in the top-right corner of your screen.

Promotion settings:
- Choose a name that will be used to identify the promotion in your Guesty dashboard and set the discount amount you want to offer.
- Set the relevant limitations based on the type of promotion you choose. These can include
setting the promotion as non-refundable and choosing the minimum number of nights required to make a reservation with the promotion. - Click Next in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Select listings:
- Click Select listings and choose the listings you want to assign the promotion to. You can search by name or tag, for example, to narrow your search. You can also press Select all. The promotion will be automatically activated for all selected listings.
- Click Assign promotion to listings.

Select channel & promotion:
- Click Create promotion in the top-right corner of your screen to save the promotion and its assigned listings.
The status of the promotion will be "Active".
