Promotions are discounted offers and deals set up and managed in Guesty that can sync with the following booking channels (as presented in your dashboard):
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- Direct bookings
- Expedia
After creating a promotion, you can edit the settings and add new listings to it. However, you won't be able to change the type of promotion or the booking channel it's connected to. Learn more below.
Editing a promotion's settings
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Revenue Management.
- In the menu to the left, click Promotions.
- Find the promotion you want to edit and click the three-dot menu at the end of the row. You can use the filters above the list of promotions to narrow your search.
- Click Edit settings. Please note that you won't be able to edit step 1 of the process, "Select channel & promotion".
- Edit the relevant promotion settings. Click Done in the top-right corner of your screen.

Assigning a new listing
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Revenue Management.
- In the menu to the left, click Promotions.
- Find the promotion you want to edit and click the three-dot menu at the end of the row. You can use the filters above the list of promotions to narrow your search.
- Click Assign listings.
- Search for the listings you want to assign the promotion to or click Select All if you want to assign all of the listings to the promotion.
- Click Assign promotion to listings. The promotion will be automatically activated for the listings selected.
