Forwarding Vrbo account notifications to an additional email

Vrbo sends account related notifications to the primary email address in your Vrbo account. Account related notifications can include updates on your Vrbo account status or Vrbo support emails.

To send these account notifications to an additional email address, follow the steps below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Vrbo account.
  2. Click My account.
  3. From the drop-down, select Account settings.
  4. Click Account information.
  5. Under Account holder, add the desired email address in the Email 3 field.
  6. Click Save changes.
  7. Add the relevant email address in the Contacts section of each listing.

Important:

Do not replace the integration email address in the Email 2 field, as this field enables the flow of guest communication between Vrbo and Guesty.
