Adding a link to the listing's page in a booking channel makes it easy to switch between the two platforms, and manage your listing more easily and effectively.
When you connect a listing to either Airbnb, Expedia, or Vrbo, the link will automatically be added to the integration page with the channel, under the “Listing in channel” or the "Channel ID" columns. Click the name of the listing to access its page in the channel.
For a listing connected to the Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users), the link will automatically be added to the Booking Engine integration page.
Another way to access the listing's page in a channel is by clicking the channel icon in the property page menu. The icon will appear once you connect the listing to a channel, and become clickable when you add a link to the listing's page in the channel.
For listings connected to Airbnb, Expedia, and the Booking Engine (Booking Website for Lite users), the link to the listing's page in the channel will automatically be added. For all other channels, you can add it manually.

Adding a link to the listing's page in a channel

Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- At the bottom of the left-side menu (below "Settings"), hover over the booking channel's icon.
- Click +Add Booking Channel Link.
- In the pop-up, enter the link.
- Click Save.
- Once the link is added, you will be able to navigate to the booking channel's listing page from Guesty's listings page.
Pilot users:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- If the listing is a multi-unit, select either the listing’s main unit, or click a sub-unit.
Check if the booking channel supports multi-units and sub-units.
- If the listing is a multi-unit, select either the listing’s main unit, or click a sub-unit.
- In the left-side menu, click Marketing.
- From the dropdown, select Publish on channels.
- Under the relevant channel, click Click to add link to listing page.
- In the pop-up, enter the URL in the text box, and click Save.
- Ensure the link starts with: https://
Step by step:

- In the left-side menu, click Marketing.
- From the dropdown, select Publish on channels.
- Under the relevant channel, click Click to add link to listing page.
- In the pop-up, enter the URL in the text box, and click Save.
- Ensure the link starts with: https://
Tip:
An alternative way to add the link is by hovering over the channel’s icon and clicking +Add booking channel link.
Changing the link to a listing's page in a channel
You can only edit the link if you have manually added it.
Step by step:
- Repeat steps 1-4 above.
- Hover over the channel's icon, then click Edit.
- Change the URL address, then click Save.
