Listings that are listed in Vrbo are not automatically imported or synced with Guesty. Listings must be created in Guesty and published to Vrbo, one listing at a time. There is no need to recreate the same listing in Vrbo.

Before publishing your listings to Vrbo, confirm that you’ve completed the following tasks.
- Connect your Vrbo account: Ensure your Vrbo account is successfully connected to Guesty. Listings can only be published after the connection is made.
- Verify your login login credentials.
- Create listings in Guesty: If your listings are only on Vrbo, create them in Guesty before publishing. This ensures all properties are managed within Guesty.
- Set the listing status to “Listed”: Ensure the listing status in Guesty is marked as "Listed". Only listed properties are ready for publishing and syncing with Vrbo.
- Allow approval time: Vrbo may take up to 72 hours to approve your listings. During this time, the status in Guesty shows as "Pending".
- Ensure your listing meets the following criteria to avoid delays:
- Property details: Must be specified.
- Amenities: At least 5 amenities are required.
- Guest details: Specify the number of guests, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- Complete and valid address: The address must be fully entered, including street, building number, longitude, latitude, etc. See instructions for updating listing addresses.
- Check photo requirements.
- Add authorization hold to the auto payments setup.

- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution and then HomeAway/Vrbo thumbnail.
- Click the relevant account.
- In the top-right corner, click Publish listing.
- From the dropdown menu, select the listing or use the search bar to find it by typing in its title, nickname, or address.
- Complete the fields in the pop-up and click Add to channel.
- Navigate to your Vrbo dashboard and complete the registration number form for the listing to go live.
