How Can I Differentiate Between a Vrbo Inquiry and a Request To Book?

The information in this article is relevant only for Guesty Lite users who started connecting Vrbo before 19 Feb 2024 and for Pro users.

A Vrbo Request to Book has a confirmation code associated with it and a status of "Reserved." The confirmation code format looks like this: HA-***.
An Inquiry has no confirmation code associated. If an Inquiry shows a confirmation code, it is in error and invalid. An invalid confirmation code does not have the "HA" prefix, and look like this: oZj3p48LA.
