You can view a Vrbo listing's booking settings in Guesty at any time. Change the settings from instant booking to non-instant booking, and vice versa. The listing will be updated in Vrbo within 24 hours. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click, the icon drop-down menu and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the HomeAway/Vrbo thumbnail.
- Click the relevant Vrbo account.
- Next to the relevant listing, click the
icon.
- Choose the relevant booking settings.
- Click Save.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, click Distribution.
- Click the HomeAway/Vrbo thumbnail.
- Click the relevant Vrbo account.
- Next to the relevant listing, click the icon.
- Choose the relevant booking settings.
- Click Save.
Tip:
When an instant book reservation is made in Vrbo, its status in Guesty is "Confirmed". A non-instant book reservation has a "Reserved" status. Learn more.
