Adding and removing a Guesty billing payment method

You can easily add a credit card to pay for your Guesty billing. If you have more than one card, you'll need to assign listings to each one and set a default payment method.

Important:

Only users with the correct user permissions can edit billing information.

Add a billing payment method

Follow the steps below to add a credit card as a Guesty billing payment method.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector, select Setup, and then select Billing from the dropdown.
  3. In the left-side panel, select Payment methods.
  4. In the top-right corner, click Add payment method.
  5. Fill in the credit card details.
  6. Click Add.
  7. In the bottom right, click Save.

After you add a payment method, you can assign listings to it.

Set a default payment method

To set a card as the default, click Make default next to the relevant credit card and confirm the action in the pop-up. Your default card appears at the top of the list.

Remove and edit a billing payment method

You can remove a Guesty billing payment method only if another valid credit card is on the account. If the card you want to remove is the default, set a new default payment method before removing the current one.

To manage a billing payment method, click Edit to the right of the relevant credit card:

  • To edit the payment method, make the relevant changes, and click Save changes.
  • To delete the selected payment method, click Delete. In the pop-up, click Delete payment method
