Replacing a Guesty billing payment method

Replace the credit card used to pay for your Guesty billing at any time. Replacing a card keeps your billing preferences, such as default or non-default status and assigned listings, unlike removing a payment method and adding a new one.

Important:

Address details are saved from your previous entry, but you can change them. You must add the card number, CVC, and expiration date as new.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Account to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Guesty billing.
  4. In the right side panel, select Payment method.
  5. To the right of the credit card you want to replace, click the three dots.
  6. From the dropdown, select Replace.
  7. Fill in the replacement credit card details.
  8. Under Apply for specific listings, choose the listings you'd like assigned to the replacement payment method.
  9. Click Replace.

Note

If you reside in the United States, add the last four digits of your billing address zip code.
